The Fairfield Inn was beautiful. All the employees always greeted us with a smile. The hotel was immaculate. The breakfast was enormous with not only the waffles but also fresh fruit, muffins, yogurt, scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy. I have recommended the hotel to everyone at my sons surprise birthday party and they all had relatives from out of town and were interested. Marriott is always my first choice when I travel.

It is located right across the highway from Coastal Carolina University. The CCU shuttle stopped there but not sure if that was for a visiting softball team. And it’s minutes away from lots of restaurants, Walmart, CVS, etc. also only a short right up Myrtle Beach and the airport. No restaurant at the hotel but the included breakfast in the morning had nice choices - bagels, muffins, cereal, fruit, yogurt, hot oatmeal and hot options like eggs, sausage, French toast, etc. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Would definitely stay again if visiting CCU

Breakfast was exceptional. The service helper 'Jen' was friendly, professional and you could tell after staying at other hotels she was well experienced in the catering food area which is a huge plus for you facility. Tammy was also a huge plus to the front desk area over others we interfaced with. Went the extra mile not just for us but with all guests she interfaced with. Thank for an exceptional stay.

We didn’t realize when we booked the room that the hotel was brand new and just opening. But we noticed as soon as we arrived that the place was REALLY nice…very clean and exceptionally nice like it had just been remodeled. The carpet was so plush our feet sank into it! The room was beautiful with luxurious touches to it, especially the bathroom and shower! We learned the next morning at the free breakfast that the Hotel had just opened a week earlier, so that explained why everything seemed brand new! All the staff was great from our check in host Quantari (or something like that, I apologize I’m not getting it right) and the manager Pat (I think that was his name), who was assisting him, to the morning staff at breakfast. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, guiding us through the breakfast choices and making sure we had everything we needed! They made us feel really special and glad that we were there. At checkout the associate was very helpful and helped me out with the Bonvoy account I had just created. As our stay was because we are moving to Conway and had to pick out our new home, we probably won’t have much need to stay at the hotel again, but in the event we or anyone we know needs a hotel in the area, we will definitely be coming back or referring family/friends to stay at The Fairfield Inn 😁

The hotel location was located near eating establishments and other nearby businesses like Walmart. It has easy access and about 20-25 minutes from the mall and Myrtle Beach area (depending on traffic).

The property is brand new, very clean and has all of the amenities I needed for my short stay. The staff went above and beyond to help me with a late check out due to an emergency, working their digital market for food items and the continental breakfast was great. The location is also convenient being across the road to CCU if you are visiting your student and on rte 501 which has major shopping, businesses, restaurants, etc.

The hotel is great, clean, brand new, and efficient! Though it is off the strip, I didn’t mind because it’s maybe 10 mins from the beach.

The hotel is new and the room was very comfortable. It's conveniently located across the street from Coastal Carolina U. The staff was great.

It was absolutely spotless. The staff was very helpful and kind, especially Tammy the nightshift desk receptionist. Breakfast was above and beyond what one is used to as far as continental breakfasts go.
